Terms & Conditions

• Eligibility: the minimum age for an UNOAH account is now 13, or 16 in the European Economic Area, with any higher age or parental-consent rule of your country applying. In India, users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's verifiable consent; until that is available, accounts in India start at 18. Community Features and UNOAH Union are 18+.
• Payments are taken by card through Stripe only. The 7-day Trial needs a card and charges nothing when it starts; the ₹1 registration charge, UPI AutoPay, PayU, Telr and app-store purchases are removed. Added how changing plan works.
• EU consumer terms: changes only for a valid reason with a free right to leave, your statutory rights kept, the right of withdrawal rewritten for subscriptions, and notice and reasons before we suspend or end an account.
• Moderation: described our automated safety tools, added abuse@unoah.com for anyone to report illegal content, and how to challenge a decision.
• Added an AI features notice, limited the electronic-communications clause to service messages, and linked the new UNOAH Union Terms of Use.
• Updated the India Grievance Officer details.

• Rewrote the plans section around the current plans: Free (Seeker), 7-day Trial (Explorer), Premium Plus (monthly, six-monthly, yearly), Premium Pro (yearly) and Pro Family (yearly, 1 to 3 members).
• Added the free trial terms: a one-time registration charge of ₹1 (or AED 1 or USD 1) that is not refunded, automatic conversion to Premium Plus monthly unless cancelled before the trial ends, and one trial per person.
• Added mandate terms: charges are capped at the maximum shown when you set up the mandate, and a price above it needs a new authorisation.
• Stated that plan features and limits are shown in the app and may change, and how prices and currencies differ by country.
• Named the payment providers actually used (PayU, Telr, Stripe, Apple, Google) and removed PayTabs and Razorpay.
• Cancellation: access runs to the end of the paid period or trial, the same plan cannot be bought again while still paid up, UPI AutoPay mandates can be cancelled in your UPI app, and a full refund ends the access it paid for.

• These Terms are now an agreement with UNOAH AI LIMITED, a company incorporated in Ireland (company number 826729, 1 Station Road, Newbridge, W12 C434, Ireland), in place of ARIANEXT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED. UNOAH AI LTD (DIFC) is no longer named.
• Governing law is now the law of Ireland. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law where they live and may sue there or in Ireland; the Indian and Dubai arbitration clauses and the class-action waiver are removed.
• Added the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU, EEA and UK, Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022, and EU and UK VAT.
• Added the statement of reasons and the challenge route the EU Digital Services Act requires when we remove content or restrict an account.
• Rights requests are answered within one month, extendable by two months, in line with the Privacy Policy.
• Dropped “South Asia & Middle East Edition” from the title and the list of countries the Terms applied to.

• Reworded eligibility: 18+ may hold their own account; under-18s may use UNOAH with verifiable parent or guardian consent where local law permits.
• Pointed the India grievance-redressal contact at section 18 instead of promising it before launch.
• Tightened the consumer-protection wording.
