Summary of changes

  • Rewrote the plans section around the current plans: Free (Seeker), 7-day Trial (Explorer), Premium Plus (monthly, six-monthly, yearly), Premium Pro (yearly) and Pro Family (yearly, 1 to 3 members).
  • Added the free trial terms: a one-time registration charge of ₹1 (or AED 1 or USD 1) that is not refunded, automatic conversion to Premium Plus monthly unless cancelled before the trial ends, and one trial per person.
  • Added mandate terms: charges are capped at the maximum shown when you set up the mandate, and a price above it needs a new authorisation.
  • Stated that plan features and limits are shown in the app and may change, and how prices and currencies differ by country.
  • Named the payment providers actually used (PayU, Telr, Stripe, Apple, Google) and removed PayTabs and Razorpay.
  • Cancellation: access runs to the end of the paid period or trial, the same plan cannot be bought again while still paid up, UPI AutoPay mandates can be cancelled in your UPI app, and a full refund ends the access it paid for.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.added text: The features of each plan, and the limits that apply to them (for example, the number of NOAH chats, prayer requests, communities and planner schedules), are shown in the app when you choose a plan. We may change the features and limits of a plan from time to time. The current ones are always shown in the app.

removed text: Depending on region, UNOAH accepts UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets (via Razorpay, PayU, or equivalent gateways) in India; cards, Apple Pay, and regional gateways such as PayTabs or Telr in the UAE/KSA/GCC; and the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Payments through Apple or Google are also subject to those platforms’ billing and refund terms. UNOAH does not store your full payment card details; these are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.added text: Choosing the Free plan creates a plan record on your account, so we know which plan you chose. You can move to a paid plan at any time.

removed text: UNOAH will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase. Subscription fees may be subject to GST (India), VAT at the rate of your country (the European Union and the UK), VAT at 5% (UAE), VAT at 15% (KSA), and applicable local taxes elsewhere. added text: The 7-day Trial lets you try UNOAH before you pay. To start it, you set up a recurring payment — a UPI AutoPay mandate or a card. Where your payment method needs it to verify the mandate, you pay a one-time registration charge of ₹1 (or AED 1 or USD 1, depending on your currency). The amount is shown before you pay. The registration charge is not refunded, including if you cancel during the trial.

added text: Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically becomes a Premium Plus monthly subscription when the seven (7) days end. You are then charged the Premium Plus monthly price shown when you started the trial — currently ₹99 a month in India — and again every month until you cancel.

added text: The trial is available once per person. Deleting your account and registering again does not give you a second trial: see the deletion record described in our Privacy Policy.

added text: 4.2 Automatic Renewal & Mandates

added text: Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — every month, six months or year, depending on your plan — until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise UNOAH or its payment processor to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current fee plus applicable taxes.

added text: When you set up a UPI AutoPay mandate or a recurring card payment, you authorise charges up to a maximum amount, which is shown when you set it up. For the 7-day Trial, that maximum is the Premium Plus monthly price (₹99 in India). We cannot charge more than that maximum under the mandate. If a price rises above it, you will be asked to authorise a new mandate.

added text: 4.3 Prices, Currency & Taxes

added text: Prices depend on your country. We charge in Indian rupees (INR) in India, in UAE dirhams (AED) in the UAE and other GCC countries, and in US dollars (USD) elsewhere. The price, currency and billing period that apply to you are shown at checkout before you pay. The price displayed at checkout reflects the total payable, inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law.

added text: 4.4 How You Pay

added text: Depending on your country and device, you pay through PayU (UPI AutoPay) in India, Telr (cards) in the UAE and other GCC countries, Stripe, or the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. UNOAH does not store your full payment card details or UPI details; these are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.

added text: A plan bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store is priced, billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google, under their terms, in addition to these Terms.

You may cancel removed text: your subscription added text: a paid plan or a trial at any time through the UNOAH app settings, your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings, or by contacting hello@unoah.com. removed text: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain premium access until then. For Annual Plans, no pro-rata refunds are issued for unused months except where required by applicable law.added text: If you pay by UPI AutoPay, you can also stop future payments by cancelling the mandate in your UPI app.

removed text: Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. UNOAH will consider refund requests where a technical error caused a duplicate or incorrect charge, where a charge was processed after a timely cancellation due to UNOAH’s error, or where a refund is required by mandatory consumer protection law (including Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU consumer law; India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019; UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020; and applicable Saudi consumer laws). Refund requests must be submitted to billing@unoah.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge. Where a subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, refund requests must be directed to those platforms. If UNOAH terminates your subscription for reasons not attributable to your breach, UNOAH will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid unused portion where required by applicable law.added text: Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have paid for — or, for a trial, until the trial ends — and you are not charged again. If you cancel during the 7-day Trial, it does not become a paid subscription. While a plan you cancelled is still paid up, you cannot buy the same plan again; you can buy it again once that period ends. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the unused part of a billing period except where required by applicable law.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a paid plan you buy directly from us within fourteen (14) days of buying it, without giving a reason. If you asked for your plan to start straight away, we may charge for the part of the period you used before you withdrew. Where you expressly agreed that digital content would be supplied immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right to withdraw, that right ends once supply begins. To withdraw, write to billing@unoah.com. For a plan bought through Apple or Google, their own withdrawal and refund process applies. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022 or other mandatory consumer law.
