Delete Your Account & Data

You can delete your UNOAH account and personal data at any time. We offer two ways to do this.

Option 1 — From within the app

Open the UNOAH AI Bible Companion app and go to Profile → Settings → Delete account, then confirm. Your account and personal data will be scheduled for deletion immediately.

Option 2 — Request by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from the email address associated with your account:

Please include the email or phone number you used to sign in and your sign-in method so we can verify your identity. We will confirm and complete your request within the timelines required by applicable law, and in any case without undue delay.

What is deleted

• Your account and login credentials.
• Your faith and spiritual profile (name, date of birth, gender, denomination, spiritual goals, prayer preferences, Bible/language settings).
• Your NOAH chat history and any prayer requests or content you submitted.
• Voice onboarding audio and transcripts associated with your account.
• Your analytics identity and personalised data.

What we may retain

We may retain limited records where the law requires it — for example, transaction and tax records for paid subscriptions, and security or abuse-prevention logs — for the minimum period required, after which they are deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Retained records are not used to re-identify you for any other purpose.
