1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Changed

Welcome to UNOAH. UNOAH is a faith-based digital platform designed to help followers of Jesus Christ deepen their spiritual lives through prayer, devotionals, community, Scripture-rooted guided meditation, and Christian content (collectively, the “Service”). UNOAH is provided by UNOAH AI LIMITED (“UNOAH”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), with a mission to create a personal, connected, and life-giving digital space for spiritual growth.

These Terms form a binding agreement between you and UNOAH AI LIMITED (“UNOAH”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Ireland (company number 826729) with its registered office at 1 Station Road, Newbridge, W12 C434, Ireland, which provides the UNOAH application and related services (the “Service”). These Terms are intended to comply with the laws of the countries in which UNOAH is available, including Ireland and the rest of the European Union, India, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and other countries in South Asia and the Middle East.

added text: If you use UNOAH Union, our matrimonial introduction service, the UNOAH Union Terms of Use also apply.

1.1 Eligibility

removed text: Users aged 18 or above may create and manage their own UNOAH account. Users under 18 may use UNOAH only with the verifiable consent and active supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and only where permitted by applicable law. The parent or legal guardian must create or approve the account, accept these Terms on the minor’s behalf, and remain responsible for the minor’s use of UNOAH. UNOAH may request age and guardian verification and may restrict, suspend, or close the account if the required consent cannot be verified or is withdrawn.added text: You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to create an UNOAH account, or sixteen (16) if you live in the European Economic Area. Where the law of your country sets a higher minimum age, or requires the consent of a parent or guardian below a certain age, that rule applies. In India, users under eighteen (18) may hold an account only after a parent or legal guardian has given verifiable consent; until we offer a way to give that consent, accounts in India are available from age 18.

added text: If you are under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian. You may buy a paid plan only with their permission. Community Features (Section 3.4) and UNOAH Union are available only to users aged 18 or over.

added text: UNOAH may ask you to confirm your age and may restrict, suspend or close an account that does not meet these rules, or where a required parental consent cannot be verified or is withdrawn.

1.2 Updates to These Terms

removed text: We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a prominent in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect. Continued use of UNOAH after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with an update, you may cancel your subscription and delete your account before the effective date.added text: We change these Terms only for a valid reason, such as a change in the law, a new or changed feature, a change in our payment providers, or to deal with misuse. When we make a material change, we tell you by email or a prominent in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can end your plan and delete your account before that date at no cost, and we refund any amount you prepaid for the time after the change. If you keep using UNOAH after that date, the revised Terms apply to you.

2. Account Registration & Security

Changed

When you register for UNOAH, you agree to:

  • Provide your legal name, a valid email address, and any other required information accurately and truthfully.
  • Keep your registration information current and updated.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials (email, password, and any social sign-in tokens).
  • removed text: Accept full responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.added text: Take responsibility for activity under your account, except activity that happens without your fault, for example because of a failure of our systems.
  • Notify UNOAH immediately at hello@unoah.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

UNOAH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or pose a risk to other users or to the security, integrity, or operation of the platform.

3. Faith Mission & Community Standards

Changed

UNOAH is a Christian faith platform. All content, features, and community interactions on UNOAH are designed to reflect the teachings of Jesus Christ and to encourage spiritual growth, compassion, and biblical truth. UNOAH operates as an open and voluntary faith community; participation is entirely by user choice. UNOAH respects the laws and cultural values of every country in which it operates, including the diverse religious landscapes of South Asia and the Middle East.

3.1 Community Standards

All users agree to engage with content and other users in a manner consistent with Christian values — with love, respect, grace, and truth — and specifically agree to refrain from posting hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or violent content; to respect the diversity of Christian traditions; to refrain from promoting ideologies that contradict the platform’s Christian foundation; and to comply with the laws of their home country regarding digital communications and online content.

3.2 User-Generated Content

Where UNOAH allows you to submit prayer requests, community posts, testimonies, comments, or similar materials (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content. You grant UNOAH a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable local law.

3.3 Moderation

UNOAH reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict any User Content or user account that we determine violates these Terms, our community standards, or any applicable local law, without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal compliance.

removed text: Where the EU Digital Services Act applies to you and we remove or restrict your content or account, we give you a statement of our reasons and a way to challenge the decision, as that law requires.added text: We use automated tools to help keep UNOAH safe. They include AI checks that screen prayer posts and messages for harmful content, such as abuse or a risk of self-harm, and automated checks of uploaded images. An automated check can hold or block a post, message or image before other users see it. Our staff review reports from users and can restore content that was held by mistake.

added text: Anyone, including people who do not have an account, can report content on UNOAH that they believe is illegal by writing to abuse@unoah.com. Please include where the content is and why you believe it is illegal. We review every report and tell the person who reported it what we decided.

added text: When we remove or restrict your content or your account, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law or a risk to someone’s safety prevents it. You can challenge the decision by writing to abuse@unoah.com within six (6) months; a person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it. Where the EU Digital Services Act applies to you, you may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court.

3.4 Acceptable Use in Community Features — Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content

UNOAH hosts user-generated content in features that let you interact with other users, including circles, communities, prayer requests, chat messages, events, replies, reactions, and profile names and avatars (collectively, the “Community Features”). This section supplements Sections 3.1–3.3 and Section 7 and applies to all Community Features.added text: The Community Features are available only to users aged 18 or over.

Your responsibility You are solely responsible for the content you post through the Community Features. You represent that the content is yours or that you have all necessary rights to post it, and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

Zero tolerance UNOAH has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. In addition to the conduct prohibited under Sections 3.1 and 7, the following is prohibited on the Community Features and will be removed:

  • harassment, bullying, intimidation, or targeted personal attacks;
  • hate speech, or content that promotes discrimination or hostility on the basis of religion, ethnicity, nationality, caste, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any similar protected characteristic;
  • threats of violence, incitement to violence, or content that glorifies violence, terrorism, or self-harm;
  • sexual, sexually explicit, nude, or pornographic content, or any content that sexualises or endangers minors;
  • illegal content, or content that promotes or facilitates illegal activity;
  • spam, unsolicited advertising, phishing links, scams, multi-level marketing solicitations, chain messages, or malicious code;
  • impersonation of any person, pastor, ministry, or organisation, or misrepresentation of your identity or affiliation;
  • content that violates another person’s privacy, including sharing another person’s phone number, home address, financial information, or other personal data without consent; and
  • any other content or behaviour that a reasonable person would consider objectionable, abusive, or contrary to the platform’s Christian mission and community standards.

Reporting and blocking Every user is provided with in-app tools to (a) report any message, prayer post, or other user-generated content that they believe violates these Terms, and (b) block any other user, which hides that user’s content from you in both directions. Reporting and blocking are available at any time from within the Community Features.

Our commitment to act within 24 hours UNOAH operates a staff moderation review queue that acts on user reports. Where content or behaviour is found to violate these Terms, we will take appropriate action — including removing the objectionable content and/or suspending or terminating the account of the abusive user — within twenty-four (24) hours of the report being received. We may act sooner and without prior notice where the content or behaviour is manifestly illegal, threatens the safety of any person, or poses a risk to the Service.

Consequences of violations Depending on the severity and history of the violation, consequences may include removal of the offending content, a warning, temporary suspension of your access to the Community Features or your account, permanent termination of your account, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Terminated users may not re-register without UNOAH’s prior written consent. UNOAH’s determination of what constitutes a violation is made in good faith and at its reasonable discretion.

Your agreement By using the Community Features, you agree to comply with this Section 3.4 and understand that violations will result in the consequences described above.

4. Plans, Free Trial & Payment Terms

Changed

UNOAH offers a free plan and paid plans. The plans for the UNOAH AI Bible Companion are:

  • Free (Seeker) — free of charge. No payment details are needed.
  • 7-day Trial (Explorer) — a seven (7) day trial, described in Section 4.1.
  • Premium Plus — billed monthly, every six months, or yearly.
  • Premium Pro — billed yearly.
  • Pro Family — billed yearly, for one (1) to three (3) members.

The features of each plan, and the limits that apply to them (for example, the number of NOAH chats, prayer requests, communities and planner schedules), are shown in the app when you choose a plan. We may change the features and limits of a plan from time to time. The current ones are always shown in the app.

Choosing the Free plan creates a plan record on your account, so we know which plan you chose. You can move to a paid plan at any time.

4.1 Free Trial

removed text: The 7-day Trial lets you try UNOAH before you pay. To start it, you set up a recurring payment — a UPI AutoPay mandate or a card. Where your payment method needs it to verify the mandate, you pay a one-time registration charge of ₹1 (or AED 1 or USD 1, depending on your currency). The amount is shown before you pay. The registration charge is not refunded, including if you cancel during the trial.added text: The 7-day Trial lets you try UNOAH before you pay. To start it, you add a card through our payment processor, Stripe. Nothing is charged when the trial starts.

Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically becomes a Premium Plus monthly subscription when the seven (7) days end. removed text: You are added text: Your card is then charged the Premium Plus monthly price shown when you started the removed text: trial — currently ₹99 a month in India — and again every month until you cancel.added text: trial, and again every month until you cancel. If that first charge fails, your access moves to the limits of the Free plan until a payment succeeds.

The trial is available once per person. Deleting your account and registering again does not give you a second trial: see the deletion record described in our Privacy Policy.

4.2 Automatic Renewalremoved text: & Mandates

Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — every month, six months or year, depending on your plan — until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise UNOAH removed text: oradded text: and its payment processor to charge your removed text: payment method added text: card on a recurring basis at the then-current removed text: feeadded text: price plus applicable taxes.

removed text: When you set up a UPI AutoPay mandate or a recurring card payment, you authorise charges up to a maximum amount, which is shown when you set it up. For the 7-day Trial, that maximum is the Premium Plus monthly price (₹99 in India). We cannot charge more than that maximum under the mandate. If a price rises above it, you will be asked to authorise a new mandate.added text: Some banks, for example in India, ask you to approve a standing instruction for recurring card payments, with a maximum amount. We cannot charge more than the maximum you approved. If a price rises above it, your bank will ask you to approve a new instruction.

4.3 Prices, Currency & Taxes

Prices removed text: depend on your country. We charge in Indian rupees (INR) in India, in UAE dirhams (AED) in the UAE and other GCC countries, and in US dollars (USD) elsewhere.added text: and the currency you pay in depend on your country. The price removed text: displayedadded text: shown at checkout removed text: reflectsadded text: is the total removed text: payable, inclusive ofadded text: you pay, including applicable taxes where removed text: required by law.added text: the law requires.

UNOAH will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase. Subscription fees may be subject to GST (India), VAT at the rate of your country (the European Union and the UK), VAT at 5% (UAE), VAT at 15% (KSA), and applicable local taxes elsewhere.

4.4 How You Pay

removed text: Depending on your country and device, you pay through PayU (UPI AutoPay) in India, Telr (cards) in the UAE and other GCC countries, Stripe, or the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. UNOAH does not store your full payment card details or UPI details; these are handled by PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors.added text: You pay by card through Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure checkout page; UNOAH does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe processes your payment under its own terms and privacy policy and the PCI-DSS card-security standard.

removed text: A plan bought through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store is priced, billed, renewed, cancelled and refunded by Apple or Google, under their terms, in addition to these Terms.added text: 4.5 Changing Plan

added text: If you move to a higher plan, the new plan starts at once with a new billing period, and you pay its full price; the unused part of your old plan is not credited. Moving to a higher plan during the 7-day Trial ends the trial and starts the paid plan straight away.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Changed

removed text: You may cancel a paid plan or a trial at any time through the UNOAH app settings, your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account settings, or by contacting hello@unoah.com. If you pay by UPI AutoPay, you can also stop future payments by cancelling the mandate in your UPI app.added text: You can cancel a paid plan or a trial at any time in your account settings in the UNOAH app or on our website, or by writing to hello@unoah.com.

Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have paid for — or, for a trial, until the trial ends — and you are not charged again. If you cancel during the 7-day Trial, it does not become a paid subscription. added text: You can undo a cancellation before the plan ends, at no charge. While a plan you cancelled is still paid up, you cannot buy the same plan again; you can buy it again once that period ends. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the unused part of a billing period except where required by applicable law.

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. UNOAH will consider refund requests where a technical error caused a duplicate or incorrect charge, where a charge was processed after a timely cancellation due to UNOAH’s error, or where a refund is required by mandatory consumer protection law (including Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU consumer law; India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019; UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020; and applicable Saudi consumer laws). removed text: Refund requests must be submitted added text: Please send refund requests to billing@unoah.com within fourteen (14) days of the removed text: charge. Where a subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, refund requests must be directed to those platforms. added text: charge; this does not shorten any time limit the law gives you. If a payment is refunded in full, the access it paid for ends. If UNOAH terminates your subscription for reasons not attributable to your breach, UNOAH will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid unused portion where required by applicable law.

Right of withdrawal If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you removed text: have a statutory right to added text: can withdraw from a paid plan removed text: you buy directly from us within fourteen (14) days of buying it, without giving a reason. removed text: If you asked for your plan to start straight away, we may charge for the part of the period you used before you withdrew. Where you expressly agreed that digital content would be supplied immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right to withdraw, that right ends once supply begins. To withdraw, write to billing@unoah.com. For a plan bought through Apple or Google, their own withdrawal and refund process applies. added text: To withdraw, send us a clear statement to billing@unoah.com — for example: “I withdraw from my contract for [plan], bought on [date], on the UNOAH account [email address].” A message sent before the 14 days end is in time. We refund you within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, to the card you paid with. If you asked for your plan to start during the withdrawal period, we keep an amount in proportion to the days you used it. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022 or other mandatory consumer law.
