Terms & Conditions
Including Paid Subscription Agreement
Effective Date: 1 Jun 2026 · Version 2026-11-10 · Last revised 10 Nov 2026
Important notice. Please read these Terms carefully. By creating a UNOAH account, purchasing or renewing any paid plan, or accessing any feature of the UNOAH application or website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Some sections add rules that apply only in particular countries, such as Ireland and the rest of the European Union, India, the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to UNOAH. UNOAH is a faith-based digital platform designed to help followers of Jesus Christ deepen their spiritual lives through prayer, devotionals, community, Scripture-rooted guided meditation, and Christian content (collectively, the “Service”). UNOAH is provided by UNOAH AI LIMITED (“UNOAH”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), with a mission to create a personal, connected, and life-giving digital space for spiritual growth.
These Terms form a binding agreement between you and UNOAH AI LIMITED (“UNOAH”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company incorporated in Ireland (company number 826729) with its registered office at 1 Station Road, Newbridge, W12 C434, Ireland, which provides the UNOAH application and related services (the “Service”). These Terms are intended to comply with the laws of the countries in which UNOAH is available, including Ireland and the rest of the European Union, India, the United Arab Emirates (UAE), the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA), and other countries in South Asia and the Middle East.
If you use UNOAH Union, our matrimonial introduction service, the UNOAH Union Terms of Use also apply.
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least thirteen (13) years old to create an UNOAH account, or sixteen (16) if you live in the European Economic Area. Where the law of your country sets a higher minimum age, or requires the consent of a parent or guardian below a certain age, that rule applies. In India, users under eighteen (18) may hold an account only after a parent or legal guardian has given verifiable consent; until we offer a way to give that consent, accounts in India are available from age 18.
If you are under 18, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian. You may buy a paid plan only with their permission. Community Features (Section 3.4) and UNOAH Union are available only to users aged 18 or over.
UNOAH may ask you to confirm your age and may restrict, suspend or close an account that does not meet these rules, or where a required parental consent cannot be verified or is withdrawn.
1.2 Updates to These Terms
We change these Terms only for a valid reason, such as a change in the law, a new or changed feature, a change in our payment providers, or to deal with misuse. When we make a material change, we tell you by email or a prominent in-app notice at least fourteen (14) days before it takes effect. If you do not agree, you can end your plan and delete your account before that date at no cost, and we refund any amount you prepaid for the time after the change. If you keep using UNOAH after that date, the revised Terms apply to you.
2. Account Registration & Security
When you register for UNOAH, you agree to:
UNOAH reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information, violate these Terms, or pose a risk to other users or to the security, integrity, or operation of the platform.
3. Faith Mission & Community Standards
UNOAH is a Christian faith platform. All content, features, and community interactions on UNOAH are designed to reflect the teachings of Jesus Christ and to encourage spiritual growth, compassion, and biblical truth. UNOAH operates as an open and voluntary faith community; participation is entirely by user choice. UNOAH respects the laws and cultural values of every country in which it operates, including the diverse religious landscapes of South Asia and the Middle East.
3.1 Community Standards
All users agree to engage with content and other users in a manner consistent with Christian values — with love, respect, grace, and truth — and specifically agree to refrain from posting hateful, abusive, sexually explicit, or violent content; to respect the diversity of Christian traditions; to refrain from promoting ideologies that contradict the platform’s Christian foundation; and to comply with the laws of their home country regarding digital communications and online content.
3.2 User-Generated Content
Where UNOAH allows you to submit prayer requests, community posts, testimonies, comments, or similar materials (“User Content”), you retain ownership of your User Content. You grant UNOAH a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of operating, providing, and improving the Service. You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable local law.
3.3 Moderation
UNOAH reserves the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict any User Content or user account that we determine violates these Terms, our community standards, or any applicable local law, without prior notice where necessary to protect users, the Service, or legal compliance.
We use automated tools to help keep UNOAH safe. They include AI checks that screen prayer posts and messages for harmful content, such as abuse or a risk of self-harm, and automated checks of uploaded images. An automated check can hold or block a post, message or image before other users see it. Our staff review reports from users and can restore content that was held by mistake.
Anyone, including people who do not have an account, can report content on UNOAH that they believe is illegal by writing to abuse@unoah.com. Please include where the content is and why you believe it is illegal. We review every report and tell the person who reported it what we decided.
When we remove or restrict your content or your account, we tell you what we did and why, unless the law or a risk to someone’s safety prevents it. You can challenge the decision by writing to abuse@unoah.com within six (6) months; a person who was not involved in the original decision reviews it. Where the EU Digital Services Act applies to you, you may also use a certified out-of-court dispute settlement body or go to court.
3.4 Acceptable Use in Community Features — Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
UNOAH hosts user-generated content in features that let you interact with other users, including circles, communities, prayer requests, chat messages, events, replies, reactions, and profile names and avatars (collectively, the “Community Features”). This section supplements Sections 3.1–3.3 and Section 7 and applies to all Community Features. The Community Features are available only to users aged 18 or over.
Your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the content you post through the Community Features. You represent that the content is yours or that you have all necessary rights to post it, and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.
Zero tolerance. UNOAH has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users. In addition to the conduct prohibited under Sections 3.1 and 7, the following is prohibited on the Community Features and will be removed:
Reporting and blocking. Every user is provided with in-app tools to (a) report any message, prayer post, or other user-generated content that they believe violates these Terms, and (b) block any other user, which hides that user’s content from you in both directions. Reporting and blocking are available at any time from within the Community Features.
Our commitment to act within 24 hours. UNOAH operates a staff moderation review queue that acts on user reports. Where content or behaviour is found to violate these Terms, we will take appropriate action — including removing the objectionable content and/or suspending or terminating the account of the abusive user — within twenty-four (24) hours of the report being received. We may act sooner and without prior notice where the content or behaviour is manifestly illegal, threatens the safety of any person, or poses a risk to the Service.
Consequences of violations. Depending on the severity and history of the violation, consequences may include removal of the offending content, a warning, temporary suspension of your access to the Community Features or your account, permanent termination of your account, and, where appropriate, referral to law enforcement. Terminated users may not re-register without UNOAH’s prior written consent. UNOAH’s determination of what constitutes a violation is made in good faith and at its reasonable discretion.
Your agreement. By using the Community Features, you agree to comply with this Section 3.4 and understand that violations will result in the consequences described above.
4. Plans, Free Trial & Payment Terms
UNOAH offers a free plan and paid plans. The plans for the UNOAH AI Bible Companion are:
The features of each plan, and the limits that apply to them (for example, the number of NOAH chats, prayer requests, communities and planner schedules), are shown in the app when you choose a plan. We may change the features and limits of a plan from time to time. The current ones are always shown in the app.
Choosing the Free plan creates a plan record on your account, so we know which plan you chose. You can move to a paid plan at any time.
4.1 Free Trial
The 7-day Trial lets you try UNOAH before you pay. To start it, you add a card through our payment processor, Stripe. Nothing is charged when the trial starts.
Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the trial automatically becomes a Premium Plus monthly subscription when the seven (7) days end. Your card is then charged the Premium Plus monthly price shown when you started the trial, and again every month until you cancel. If that first charge fails, your access moves to the limits of the Free plan until a payment succeeds.
The trial is available once per person. Deleting your account and registering again does not give you a second trial: see the deletion record described in our Privacy Policy.
4.2 Automatic Renewal
Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period — every month, six months or year, depending on your plan — until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorise UNOAH and its payment processor to charge your card on a recurring basis at the then-current price plus applicable taxes.
Some banks, for example in India, ask you to approve a standing instruction for recurring card payments, with a maximum amount. We cannot charge more than the maximum you approved. If a price rises above it, your bank will ask you to approve a new instruction.
4.3 Prices, Currency & Taxes
Prices and the currency you pay in depend on your country. The price, currency and billing period that apply to you are shown at checkout before you pay. The price shown at checkout is the total you pay, including applicable taxes where the law requires.
UNOAH will provide at least 30 days’ notice of any price increase. Subscription fees may be subject to GST (India), VAT at the rate of your country (the European Union and the UK), VAT at 5% (UAE), VAT at 15% (KSA), and applicable local taxes elsewhere.
4.4 How You Pay
You pay by card through Stripe, our payment processor. You enter your card details on Stripe’s secure checkout page; UNOAH does not receive or store your full card number or card security code. Stripe processes your payment under its own terms and privacy policy and the PCI-DSS card-security standard.
4.5 Changing Plan
If you move to a higher plan, the new plan starts at once with a new billing period, and you pay its full price; the unused part of your old plan is not credited. Moving to a higher plan during the 7-day Trial ends the trial and starts the paid plan straight away.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
You can cancel a paid plan or a trial at any time in your account settings in the UNOAH app or on our website, or by writing to hello@unoah.com.
Cancellation stops the next renewal. You keep access to your plan until the end of the period you have paid for — or, for a trial, until the trial ends — and you are not charged again. If you cancel during the 7-day Trial, it does not become a paid subscription. You can undo a cancellation before the plan ends, at no charge. While a plan you cancelled is still paid up, you cannot buy the same plan again; you can buy it again once that period ends. No pro-rata refunds are issued for the unused part of a billing period except where required by applicable law.
Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. UNOAH will consider refund requests where a technical error caused a duplicate or incorrect charge, where a charge was processed after a timely cancellation due to UNOAH’s error, or where a refund is required by mandatory consumer protection law (including Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022 and EU consumer law; India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019; UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020; and applicable Saudi consumer laws). Please send refund requests to billing@unoah.com within fourteen (14) days of the charge; this does not shorten any time limit the law gives you. If a payment is refunded in full, the access it paid for ends. If UNOAH terminates your subscription for reasons not attributable to your breach, UNOAH will provide a pro-rata refund for any prepaid unused portion where required by applicable law.
Right of withdrawal. If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from a paid plan within fourteen (14) days of buying it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, send us a clear statement to billing@unoah.com — for example: “I withdraw from my contract for [plan], bought on [date], on the UNOAH account [email address].” A message sent before the 14 days end is in time. We refund you within fourteen (14) days of receiving it, to the card you paid with. If you asked for your plan to start during the withdrawal period, we keep an amount in proportion to the days you used it. Nothing in this section limits your rights under Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022 or other mandatory consumer law.
6. Intellectual Property
The UNOAH application, website, brand name, logo, and all platform-provided content — including audio recordings, devotionals, guided prayers, Scripture readings, music, artwork, and written material (“UNOAH Content”) — are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws, owned by or licensed to UNOAH AI LIMITED. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, UNOAH grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access UNOAH Content for your own private, non-commercial spiritual use. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, remove proprietary notices from, or commercially exploit UNOAH Content without express written permission.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree that you will not use UNOAH to:
8. Privacy & Personal Data Protection
UNOAH takes your privacy seriously. Our full Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where consent is required by applicable law, UNOAH will seek consent through appropriate notices and affirmative user action.
Data protection law. UNOAH processes personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988 to 2018 and, for users in India, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the DPDP Rules, 2025, and the Information Technology Act, 2000. You have the right to access, correct, and request erasure of your personal data, to restrict or object to its use, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and, in India, to nominate an individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity. UNOAH will respond to rights requests and privacy grievances within one (1) month, which we may extend by up to two (2) further months for complex requests, as our Privacy Policy explains. You may also complain to the Data Protection Commission in Ireland or to the supervisory authority where you live. We do not sell your personal data.
Other jurisdictions. For users in the UAE, UNOAH complies with Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 (UAE PDPL); in the KSA, with the Personal Data Protection Law overseen by SDAIA; and in other GCC and South Asian countries, with applicable national law (applying the UAE PDPL or India’s DPDP Act as a baseline where no comprehensive framework exists).
Children’s data. The minimum ages for using UNOAH are set out in Section 1.1 and in our Privacy Policy. UNOAH does not use the personal data of users under 18 for advertising, ad tracking or behavioural monitoring, and Community Features are not available to them. Contact privacy@unoah.com if you believe someone below the minimum age has an account.
India grievance redressal. UNOAH’s India grievance-redressal contact details are provided in Section 18. Users in India may contact grievance-india@unoah.com to exercise applicable rights and may escalate to the competent authority where available.
9. Disclaimers
UNOAH provides spiritual encouragement, devotional content, and community support. UNOAH Content is not a substitute for professional pastoral counselling, mental health therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or any other professional service. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or local emergency service immediately. To the extent the law allows, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. UNOAH presents Christian content reflecting a broad evangelical perspective and does not endorse any specific denomination.
AI features. NOAH and the other AI features are artificial intelligence, not a person. Their replies are generated automatically, can be wrong or incomplete, and are not pastoral, medical, legal or financial advice. Please check anything important against Scripture and with a trusted person.
Your statutory rights. If you are a consumer, you keep the rights the law gives you. In the European Union, the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, digital content and services you pay for must match these Terms and the description we give you; if they do not, you can ask us to fix the problem and, where the law allows, ask for a price reduction or end the contract. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights or the mandatory consumer rights where you live.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, UNOAH AI LIMITED and its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages. In no event shall UNOAH’s total aggregate liability exceed the greater of (a) the total subscription fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) INR 5,000 (or the equivalent in your local currency). Nothing limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless UNOAH AI LIMITED and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, your User Content, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights. If you use UNOAH as a consumer, this applies only to the extent the law allows, and never to loss caused by our own breach or negligence.
12. Third-Party Links & Integrated Services
UNOAH may contain links to or integrations with third-party websites, applications, or services. These are provided for convenience only and do not constitute an endorsement. We do not control and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party service.
13. Consumer Protection Compliance
UNOAH complies with the consumer protection laws of every jurisdiction in which it operates, including Ireland’s Consumer Rights Act 2022 and the consumer law of the European Union; India’s Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and E-Commerce Rules, 2020; UAE Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 and the E-Commerce Law; and applicable Saudi consumer and e-commerce laws. Our legal name, registered address, contact information, subscription terms, and grievance contact are disclosed in these Terms and will be displayed clearly before purchase. Indian users may approach the NCDRC or the applicable State Commission if a dispute cannot be resolved internally.
14. Term & Termination
These Terms take effect when you first access or register for UNOAH and remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account. UNOAH may suspend or end your access for a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or another serious reason. We tell you the reason and give you reasonable notice, unless the law, someone’s safety or serious misuse requires us to act at once. If we end a paid plan for a reason that is not your breach, we refund the unused part you prepaid. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, consumer rights, and governing law — continue to apply.
15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. If you use UNOAH as a consumer, this choice of law does not take away the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of that country or of Ireland.
Before any formal proceeding, both parties agree to attempt informal resolution for 30 days by contacting hello@unoah.com. This does not stop a consumer from going directly to a court, a consumer commission or forum, or a regulator where the law allows. Users in India may approach the consumer commissions under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. A dispute that is not a consumer dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ireland.
16. Language & Accessibility
These Terms are made available in English. Where required by applicable local law, UNOAH will provide translations of key notices. If there is any inconsistency between the English version and a translation, the English version prevails except where local law requires otherwise. Contact hello@unoah.com for an alternative language or accessible format.
17. General Provisions
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UNOAH and supersede all prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, it will be modified or severed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force. UNOAH’s failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights without UNOAH’s consent; UNOAH may assign its rights, including in a merger or acquisition. UNOAH is not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. We send you service messages about your account, your plan and the Service by email, push notification or in-app message. We send marketing messages only as our Privacy Policy describes, and you can turn them off at any time.
