  • Named Viswaraj M as Grievance Officer for users in India, in a section of its own; privacy@unoah.com stays the contact for everyone else.
  • Set the minimum age for an UNOAH account at 13, or 16 in the European Economic Area, with any higher age or parental-consent rule of your country applying instead. In India, users under 18 need a parent's or guardian's verifiable consent; until that is available, accounts in India start at 18.
  • Made community features and UNOAH Union adults-only (18+) everywhere, and stated that we do not collect your advertising identifier for attribution, or use your data for advertising, if you are under 18.
  • Added “Messages we send you”: service messages, notifications, opt-in marketing emails for the AI Bible Companion, and UNOAH Union emails with a one-click unsubscribe.
  • Added “Cookies and similar technologies”, listing what our websites store, what is always on, and what runs only if you agree.
  • Explained how we report a personal data breach, including telling every person affected in India.

  • Explained how account deletion works: an optional cooling-off period of no more than 14 days with a link to cancel, sign-in suspended while the request is pending, and deletion completed within one month of the request.
  • Explained that some products, such as UNOAH Union, let you delete only that product’s profile and keep your UNOAH account.
  • Listed what we keep after deletion: consent records with the technical details recorded at the time, audit records with your identity removed, and records the law requires.
  • Added the deletion record: for 180 days after a whole-account deletion we keep only a keyed hash of your sign-in email and/or phone, the deletion date, whether a trial or subscription was used, and lifetime usage totals, so that re-registering does not reset free allowances or give a second trial.
  • Set account deletion at one month.

  • Named UNOAH AI LIMITED, a company incorporated in Ireland (company number 826729), as the company responsible for your data: the controller under the GDPR and Irish data-protection law, and the Data Fiduciary under India’s DPDP Act. It replaces ARIANEXT TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED, and UNOAH AI LTD (DIFC) is no longer named.
  • Rights requests are now answered within one month, extendable by up to two further months for complex requests, in place of the 90-day outer limit. Added data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Added the Data Protection Commission in Ireland as a supervisory authority you can complain to.
