Standards against child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE)

UNOAH is a faith-based platform for adults and is committed to the safety of children everywhere. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page sets out our standards and the actions we take to prevent, detect, and respond to such conduct, in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

UNOAH is intended for users aged 18 and over. We treat any user under 18 as a child and do not knowingly process a child’s personal data without verifiable parental or guardian consent. The app is not directed to children and does not contain child-targeted content. See our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions.

Anyone can report suspected CSAE, CSAM, or child endangerment related to our Service. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action, including removal and referral to authorities.
5. Compliance and reporting to authorities
We comply with applicable child-protection laws in the jurisdictions in which we operate. Where we become aware of apparent CSAM or child endangerment, we act in accordance with legal requirements, which may include preserving relevant information and reporting to the appropriate authorities and recognised bodies (for example, the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or local law enforcement), as required or permitted by law.
