• Now pins the Common Terms version 2026-11-10 (India Grievance Officer section, minimum ages, messages, cookies, breach reporting).

• Disclosed the microphone in the chat box as a second way voice leaves the device, and named Apple Inc. as a recipient for speech-to-text, which may run on Apple’s servers.
• Added an explicit confirmation that Google LLC, OpenAI and Apple Inc. provide the same or equal protection of your personal data as this policy sets out.
• Stated that the API terms we use do not permit training on your content, and committed to re-asking for consent if that changed.
• Added automated decision-making and profiling: no automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects, and no scoring, ranking or segmentation from your profile.
• Added children and parental consent: the AI features are withheld until verifiable parental consent is obtained where the law requires it.
• Added withdrawal and Consent Managers: consent can be withdrawn as easily as it was given, including through a registered Consent Manager under India’s DPDP Act.
• Added a complaints route: contact us or our Grievance Officer, then the Data Protection Board of India or your local supervisory authority, and a judicial remedy.

• Restructured into a product supplement plus the shared Common Terms, so the sections that hold for every UNOAH product live in one place instead of being copied per pillar.
• No wording changed: whole sections moved unedited and the reading order is untouched, which is why the redline against 2026-09-01 is empty.
